I had one of the most welcoming experiences from everyone we dealt with and had the opportunity to meet the owner Rob Lombard himself.His ideology and his personnel in this dealership is straight forward on the ball and well prepared for any questions and help you should expect from a top shelf professional car dealer. Dan Larusso was my salesperson and extremely polite and eager to help at every turn. I felt I got an honest deal and was extremely happy with the car we selected. It was Certified Ford Pre-Owned and other than a little over 6,00 miles, in showroom condition. Rob Lombard has a developed real knack for selecting what I saw as the best vehicles available for re-sale in the Certified Pre-Owned market. He even offered to drop ship if we couldn't make it up to his dealership. Lombard Ford, Dan Larusso,and our vehicle was everything( and more) that I could have expected for a great deal! More

Great! Very accommodinating to my needs and budget. Steve Weir was very helpful with my situation. My vehicle was having issues to say the least. Steve showed me vehicles in my budget and went out of h Steve Weir was very helpful with my situation. My vehicle was having issues to say the least. Steve showed me vehicles in my budget and went out of his way to explain the warranty.A warranty being a major issue for me due to the amount of miles I drive, Steve suggested a different vehicle as there would be a better warranty. Steve and the fiancing dept. worked up numbers for both vehicles to I can see if the longer warranty was something I could afford. They even called the lender when I was over the amount the lender offered, which when said and done Lombard Ford was able to have the lender increase the amount so I could afford the gap insurance and an extended warranty, providing me with everything I was looking for- a vehicle with low miles, gap insurance , warranty, and extended warranty. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Steve and the Lombard Ford personnel. More
