Even though I live in Washington State, it was as if I had the wonderful experience of buying my Ford Extended Service Plan from Emma at Lombard Ford. Even though I live in Washington State, it was as if I were in Emma's office every time I contacted her. In fact, one time I left her an email message on Saturday, as I was trying to decide if I was going to purchase a policy or not, and what particular policy fit my needs, and Emma replied within 30 minutes. She works all the time. With Emma's help and information I decided to purchase an ESP. I chose the plan without the least bit of pressure.
