Brian rips you off in price. I cought him pricing part might higher than he bought from part store in the same delearship. When I told him about that, he talked to parts and now they have the web site fo might higher than he bought from part store in the same delearship. Service manager, Kyle, only cares to bring more money to delearship to get in favor at higher management. Brian kept my car for over a month, rented car for me from nearby renter and then I ended updidnt get Brian paying for 1 month rent. You try to call, no one ever answer, after leaving 6 messages, did not get call back from him. If you are in service center, the phone never rings. Kyle only cares about money, customer is the last. The more customer get charged, the happier Kyle. It used to be the best service center. Now its disaster. Any of you try to call anybody in service center, try your luck. 10 out of 10 nobody will answer or call back! More
