Stand by their work I went in for an oil change and they found a few wear and tear problems so we agreed to correct them. Best in the area I have a 2007 convertible beetle and have had it to a couple of dealerships to be repaired. Every time we have taken it to Lokey, they have done their best to keep us updated, let us decide what needs to be done right away and what can wait, prices, etc. It is an hour drive for us to take it there but we will always do so because they give us a good quality loaner when needed, check back to see if the car is running correctly and are easy to deal with consistently. Highly recommend them for your repair needs. More

Prices are reasonable, loyalty is respected, and they are always prioritizing my time, needs, and comfort. Great customer service I scheduled a routine oil change and upon arrival let Brian know that my A/C was no longer blowing cold. The work took a few days to complete but Brian was sure to call me with any updates and even gave me a loaner car for the time I was without my car. AC N280 valve failure I had a AC valve fail and it was gonna cost me 610$ because my warrenty had gone up 100 miles ago. The problem was hapening before 36000 miles too. I I had a AC valve fail and it was gonna cost me 610$ because my warrenty had gone up 100 miles ago. The problem was hapening before 36000 miles too. I didnt know the warrenty was going up so i figures id ask about the AC on my next service. Eric got my car fixed and working properly for a deductable of 100$ even though my warrenty was up by such a short amout of miles. This is the type of costomer service that should be available for the people that come get there cars worked on. He took the time to understand my situation and really try to help. I appreciate his help alot and hope others can learn from situations like this. I will be back to have my car serviced here again. More
