Went in for an oil change and wash Got an oil change and requested to have the car washed and vacuumed. This is the second time that they neither wash it or vacuumed it. I don’t care if your service paperwork says you washed and vacuumed it. The car is exactly the same as when It went in. Dirty outside and dirty inside. Time to get your stuff together and change some staff or processes around because someone isn’t doing their job. Better quality assurance is my high recommendation. More

Short wait, excellent service I drove 2 hours to have my Tiguan serviced here. Every bit worth the drive. Although the scheduling got unorganized and my appointment was unexpectedl I drove 2 hours to have my Tiguan serviced here. Every bit worth the drive. Although the scheduling got unorganized and my appointment was unexpectedly canceled, they took my car in regardless, quoting me an hour wait time, but I left with a full inspection & oil change in 25 minutes. New Tires Took advantage of April's tire sale, however the length of time I was there waiting for the service to be completed was, in my opinion, too long. I had an appointment and the time it took to change out 4 tires, balance and align (plus clean up headlights) was 4.5 hours. At one point I looked in the service area and didn't see my vehicle anywhere. Service time communication should be part of the customer's information before they sign the service agreement and leave the counter. I firmly believe they were overbooked and were trying to help all customers, which included walk-ins. A customer with an appointment sould take precedence over anyone else. More
