I have to say I always receive excellent attention abou I visited lokey Volkswagen in Clearwater Florida customer service on the morning of July 10th. I have to say I always receive excellent attention about my issues as soon as I arrive. I came from st. Petersburg so I had to wait for my Jetta to complete servicing. The waiting room has comfortable sitting with color tv, hot coffee and donuts while I waited. My customer service agent Brian explained all the work that was done and completed and also had my car washed! It was a great experience thank you. More

Great service in the wake of some major challenges I was amazed at the number of cars fitted into the little spaces outside, but my service advisor Mr. Mandy was able to handle the crush for my 2:15 a I was amazed at the number of cars fitted into the little spaces outside, but my service advisor Mr. Mandy was able to handle the crush for my 2:15 appointment for a recall installation. Soon he had me scheduled for a ride home and set me up with the Dealership Shuttle and work that would be completed the next day. On the ride home Mr. Cirino, the Courtesy Van Driver, set me up with another driver who would contact me in the AM to be picked up and taken to the dealership. In the meantime, Mr. Mandy was back and forth between the service desk and the shop getting me an ETA for my car. Thanks for not letting me get lost in the rush! I was back home by early afternoon.
