Appointments don't matter We had an appointment for 2PM on October 3, 2018, Wednesday for a recall notice. We arrived early and checked in. The recall was for Emission Servi We had an appointment for 2PM on October 3, 2018, Wednesday for a recall notice. We arrived early and checked in. The recall was for Emission Service Action 24 DR, engine control module software. This was supposed to take approximately 30 minutes. At approximately 3:08 we walked out of the waiting room and found our vehicle was moved and parked in the back of the lot. The service writer, Antonio, was walking across the lot and I asked him what was going on. He stated that they haven't had an opening in the shop yet. I told him we had a 2:00 PM appointment and it hasn't even been taken in yet? Antonio said I could talk to Collin the service manager about it. I entered the building and spoke to Joe Lants, sales manager. I advised him of my problem and he called for Collin. Collin came up to the service area and I advised him that I had been waiting for over an hour and the vehicle was still sitting outside. He apologized said he would look into it. The vehicle was brought out just before 4 PM and was told that it was completed. When we got into the vehicle, we found the A/C was not functional. The vehicle was taken back into the shop and we were advised that they would have to re-program the computer again. About 20 minutes later the vehicle was again returned to us and the A/C was once again working. Makes me wonder if everything else is OK. This was terrible service. The attitude of service, the failure to take care of the vehicle at the appointed time, the failure to properly program the computer the first time and check to make sure all programming/components were addressed correctly tells me the level of service at Lokey VW is at a minimum. I requested a phone number for Mr. Lokey and was advised I could only get an email for his son. This is the second vehicle we purchased from Lokey in the past 18 months and are completely dissatisfied with this type of treatment. More

I liked Lokey because as soon as you drove up to Service there was someone to greet you and show you right into the door to receive help. Brian was very professional and I liked that they had a courtesy shuttle to mall. More
