Problems have since been corrected due to my forceful requests over the course of over a month. Not really sure why finalizing the deal is taking over a month due to incompetence in sending required documents (such as the book out sheet) thus requiring my involvement far beyond what should have been my responsibility. Originally, they did not want to fix the problems associated with my flat tire (sold that way) requiring multiple phone calls, multiple visits, and manager involvement. This experience has been a pain since the beginning but the car is fine so I'll give them 2 stars. I made them supply the service for free due to the fact that the errors and problems were their fault as a result of lack of attention to detail. More
