Appnt at lunch time I don’t understand why an appointment would be set for noon when practically the entire service dept goes to lunch. Is my time not valuable?! Please I don’t understand why an appointment would be set for noon when practically the entire service dept goes to lunch. Is my time not valuable?! Please save me and your staff time by not scheduling appointments when there’s actually hardly anyone there to service the automobile. I waited at least half hour, before I finally had to inquire about why my car was still parked and not taken back for service. That’s when I found out about the lunch situation, which is understandable but not on my time, I’m sorry. I was even 20mins early to the originally noon appointment. This is nothing to do with the service person that assisted me but it should be communicated to the lady that scheduled my appointment. At least, let the customer know they may have to wait a little longer, give us the chance to make the decision. also, I explained I had an issue with the nozzle sprays on the right size wiper blade that was not spraying any glass cleaner. If the nozzle had to be replaced, why didn’t they order it first and then schedule me in? It makes no sense. Still today, I have not gotten a call that the nozzle is in. I am guessing I will have to do the follow up myself. More

My car is always serviced and maintained when it’s supposed to be I ended up at a dealership in Orlando I’ll leave Road that’s where I purchased my vehicle. They wanted a very high price to do a diagnostic and of course who knows what it would cost me afterwards. I cannot afford it I was headed toward the west coast of Florida once in the West Coast of Florida I took it to loki dearlership Of course their diagnostic was a lot less and the problem was taken care of I felt very at ease and actually alleviated a lot of my stress I was in tears when I got there and I left with a happy smile on my face. And it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I recommend this dealership by all means they are totally for their clientele. He was filling in for Antonio Delima, the guy who took over for the service person can’t remember his name but he was a miracle for me . More
