I have nothing but great things to say about Lokey. They were understanding about my vehicle situation and took great care in making my transition into a HOT VW CC easy. I normally hate purchasing a new vehicle. I expect it to be a very unpleasant matter -- something more akin to a visit to the dentist. This was not the case this time. I must tell you I have never experie be a very unpleasant matter -- something more akin to a visit to the dentist. This was not the case this time. I must tell you I have never experienced such a professional and friendly atmosphere like I did at Lokey. I felt as if I had known these guys for years. Melvin, the Internet manager was professional, informed, and polite. He kept me informed at all times -- as did his Boss and everybody else. This was true of everyone whether or not they were involved in the purchase of my new vehicle. Aside from this I was very happy to find the car I wanted -- fully loaded and almost $2000 less than the closest competitor! I didn't mind driving 128 miles to have such a positive experience. Kudos to the professional staff. You have a customer for life. More

James Wood was our salesman for our purchase of my wife's new 2010 Eos. This was a special order car with strict parameters of what she wanted with time restraints. Not only did he meet the car particulars, but the loaner vehicle was the same vehicle for her to drive while ours was being built at the factory. The dealership also met the price range we were looking for. His professionalism stood out as the best we have seen in many years of vehicle purchases. He also made sure that we experienced the after sales courtesies that you do not find from other dealers in this day and age. James was very knowledgable of the vehicles he was selling and could answer all the questions we had. I would highly recommend this dealership and James wood as their sales representative. What an incredible experience in car buying! From our first interaction with George, who was awesome, realistic, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth...to our interactions with Ron who, as a General Manager, first interaction with George, who was awesome, realistic, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth...to our interactions with Ron who, as a General Manager, took a personal interest in our situation...to working with Peter, who was gracious, friendly, and wasn't out to "sell us more stuff" - our car buying experience was incredible. The most incredible thing was that these 3 men treated us like PEOPLE, not like a couple of "women" - they didn't try to be what so many car salesmen are these days...only in it for the money. These 3 men listened, worked with us, gave us an incredible deal on a car that fits all of our needs, and were true to their word. There were no surprises...and all 3 of them stayed well past closing time to make sure our deal was done. I love my VW even more knowing what a wonderful dealership I have to work with for all my future needs! More
