I purchased my car over a year ago and yet they still have not marked it as sold in the registry. I am not able to file my tax return because I need my EV tax credit. I had expected this money in January have not marked it as sold in the registry. I am not able to file my tax return because I need my EV tax credit. I had expected this money in January 2025 so as you can imagine, my finances have suffered all year because of the plans that I had made when purchasing the vehicle expecting this EV credit. I’ve talked to several people at the dealership. They’ve all assured me that everything has been completed properly, but yet I still can’t file taxes because you guys xxxxed up and xxxx me over. Never working with low-key Volkswagen again totally different dealership than low-key Nissan totally different experience. Would never recommend. I expect a follow up from somebody at the dealership since I can’t seem to get a reply from anybody there. Hopefully you guys will listen to a one star review. More
