They installed the front struts and vacuumed my car. I brought my own parts and they did it well within a day. The final pricing never changed from the quote or closely matches it. Over all had a good experience. Unfortunately I had to bring back the used truck I bought 4 days later because the transmission was having issues, and it ended up being in the shop for 4 weeks total to ha bring back the used truck I bought 4 days later because the transmission was having issues, and it ended up being in the shop for 4 weeks total to have them rebuild it. But thankfully Lokey gave me a loaner car to use and paid for the repairs. Truck runs great now, so Im happy with the purchase. Only complaint is I wish they would have noticed the transmission issue before putting it on the lot (something I believe they would have picked up on if they did a thorough inspection) and wish Doug, the manager wasn’t so hard to get a hold of. More
