My oil change appointment was greeted on time but was there for 2 1/2 hours before my car was completed. I was also dissatisfied with the fact they did not wash my car before returning it to me. My other there for 2 1/2 hours before my car was completed. I was also dissatisfied with the fact they did not wash my car before returning it to me. My other Subaru was Purchased from your competitor and all of my appointments were quick, or I was given a rental car, and my car was always washed prior to being returned to me.
