Relaxe Came in for a oil change and recall on our 2016 Sorento. Left with a 2019 Sorento. We were looking to up grade soon. So we looked around while waiting and could not pass up the offer. Everyone we came in contact with was nice and what i liked, there was no pressure from anyone of them. Our salesman was the new guy Marquis and the other salesman all were willing to help him. He did a good job. Remember we all must learn our jobs. Would definitely recommend Lokey Kia. More

Great speed, no results The gentleman in the service department was professional and very accommodating to get my van in while I was on vacation. However, they claimed to hav The gentleman in the service department was professional and very accommodating to get my van in while I was on vacation. However, they claimed to have solved the problem with my sliding door by reprogramming the computer and to have tested it 40-50 times without issue. Upon returning home with my van, the problem is still constant without any exception. Very disappointed. More

Service takes too long and repairs very pricey. Service took from 10:30 to to almost noon. . Too long for oil change. It'll be 3 years that I own my soul and I have never had a bad experience in the service department. As a matter of fact all of my experiences have been good. I will admit when I first bought the Kia I was a little apprehensive as I had been going to the big Toyota service center in Pinellas Park. While they were great I just can't say enough good things about Lokey Kia in their service. Lokey Kia service department rocks More

Everything perfect except My experience was almost perfect. The oil change was all I came in for and it was completed in less than an hour. There were donuts, coffee water and My experience was almost perfect. The oil change was all I came in for and it was completed in less than an hour. There were donuts, coffee water and various snacks. The wifi was easy to access and the time went by very quickly. I would have gave a perfect review except I " forgot" to ask for a car wash. You would think for customer satisfaction this would be a no brainier, but no ..the car wash wansnt completed because I didn't ask for it. Sorry service center this should be automatic..who doesn't want a car wash? P More
