Pressures to make a decision I was given 10 minutes to make a 400 dollar decision. When it took longer than ten minutes my car was removed from the shop. An honest review of my vehicle I had a concern regarding my vehicle, and asked that the mechanic look at a couple of other concerns while it was in their care. The repair that I ne I had a concern regarding my vehicle, and asked that the mechanic look at a couple of other concerns while it was in their care. The repair that I needed was done (under warranty, a $400.00 savings), and the other concerns were also addressed, in a professional manner. I appreciate the fact that David Woodman, the service advisor, provided an assessment of the issues, and let me decide which of those issues I wish to address during that time. The waiting room was comfortable, offered refreshments while I waited. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the service department changed the oil, and vacuumed and washed my car before it was returned, making it really feel like I got it back in better shape than I brought it in. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Malcolm Shavers before I left, because I am so happy with my present car, that I fully intend to buy another when I have worn this one out. I appreciated Mr. Shavers showing me the newest Kia Soul, and provided a little insight as to the newest features. More
