Horrible customer service I would never recommend anyone to go to this location. I can not speak for the sales department, but their service department is horrible. Whenever I called about my car I could never get through to service, they would put me on infinite holds, hang up on me and/or never call me back. When picking up my car my seats were extremely dirty and the issue it was in service for was never even fixed. I couldn’t even fathom coming back here so I actually traded by Kia in for a different car and I am so much more happier. More

Very unhappy I had my car serviced and they missed the windshield wipers falling off but marked on the mulitpoint inspection paper they were okay. Horrible Service Department The service department has the worst customer service of any company I regularly deal with. They show zero empathy, understanding or assistance. Our family has purchased 5 vehicles over the last 10 years from Lokey Kia. The service department has drastically gone down hill since the former Service Manager, Ron left. Know matter who you deal with in the service department, the conclusion is always how rude and sarcastic they are. When sitting in the lobby waiting I hear other customers express the same frustration. Its a shame. The Lokey Kia Service Department provides horrible customer service! More
