Too Slow Nice people, but every oil change takes 2-3 hrs...even though you have an appointment. I haven't used their shuttle yet, but if you add another 40-60 Nice people, but every oil change takes 2-3 hrs...even though you have an appointment. I haven't used their shuttle yet, but if you add another 40-60 min for that - you're looking at HALF the workday gone for something most places do in 15-30 min max...including an inspection. Seating is also a problem, but wouldn't be if they would work faster. If the office crew & mechanics got paid by the job rather than the hr, I wonder how much faster they'd work. More

Service Dept. Improvement - Sales dept. Needs mpovement Service Dept has made a HUGE IMPROVEMENT within the Last Year - Keith and Derrick are Very Professional and patient. recall on brake lamp switch..lights were staying on Were very impersonal and not helpfully..was charged for labor on part of the brake switch which probably took 10 minutes..$50 shame on them..part was Were very impersonal and not helpfully..was charged for labor on part of the brake switch which probably took 10 minutes..$50 shame on them..part was $6.99 and was a tiny rubber stopper while they were already on there..also was there for a recall on that part!! He said the little rubber stopper on that part was not recalled!! No problem paying 6 bucks but $50 dollars labor when they were right there fixing recall!! So upsetting! More

I just returned from a long trip and where I unfortunately had a near miss as the Blind Spot Detector did not work. This was in DC, during rush hour where the Navigation system was wrong and almost got me killed! You see, you need to go to the dealer and then pay an extra $200 to update the maps! For every single update. Back when GPS systems were new and expensive, I paid $99 for LIFETIME updates! I guess the cost of a brand new Sorento SX wasn't enough... More
