We always discuss the recommended services as well as setting up advance appointments for items that I may not have been prepared for in the current visit. Took too long It took 1 1/2 hour for an oil change that I had a previous appointment for. I had originally wanted the complimentary vacuum and carwash but decided It took 1 1/2 hour for an oil change that I had a previous appointment for.
