Outstanding service. I live in Maine and had a vacation trip to Madeira Beach planned. The a.c. in my 2017 Sorento failed. I wasn't able to get a service appointment with I live in Maine and had a vacation trip to Madeira Beach planned. The a.c. in my 2017 Sorento failed. I wasn't able to get a service appointment with my local dealership. Lokey Kia of Clearwater, Florida scheduled an appointment. From the moment I was scheduled, until I picked up my repaired vehicle, I was treated like ROYALTY. I was reminded of my appointment, and I was warmly greeted by Georgette, the service manager. After the problem was diagnosed, I was notified by Georgette of the problem and given an estimated completion date due to part needing to be ordered. The work was completed and I was notified by Georgette that my vehicle was ready. A great job done in a timely manner with just the nicest service representative. I couldn't have had a better experience. Lokey Kia of Clearwater Florida can be very proud of their service department and their service manager, Georgette. More

Great emergency service I had a problem with my car being unable to start. Brought it in on an emergency basis (after having a tow truck boost the battery) and the dealershi I had a problem with my car being unable to start. Brought it in on an emergency basis (after having a tow truck boost the battery) and the dealership diagnosed the problem as a bad battery, which they replaced under warranty and also advised me that my oil change service was due, so I had that done as well. Lokey Kia is on top of everything and I highly recommend their service! More
