Lokey Kia - Service Center

Service performed on 2018 Kia Forte My battery was at 60% at we bought the car less than a year ago. The dealership would not replace the battery. I have a transmission shutter, the deal My battery was at 60% at we bought the car less than a year ago. The dealership would not replace the battery. I have a transmission shutter, the dealership said there's nothing wrong with my transmission. Had steering issues twice now. Although the dealership did replace steering for free under warranty, there should not be this many problems going on with a perfectly almost brand new car. I feel like we have a lemon car and the dealerships not doing anything about it and I will report it to corporate kia office More

It just took too long for an oil change An oil change should not take close to 3hrs period. I was sitting there Waiting for ever.
