Simple things forgotten I did not receive my service person‘s business card, therefore I did not know who to ask for when I called to see if my car was done. Great I took it in for the 60,000 mile tune up and had the serpentine belt switched as well. Making the appointment was no problem at all and the car was co I took it in for the 60,000 mile tune up and had the serpentine belt switched as well. reg.service, quick and professional. Went in for oil change and rotation of tires. Greeted me as soon as I pulled up, Chris took care of the couple questions I had other than the service Went in for oil change and rotation of tires. Making sure if I needed anything to drink or eat and the lounge is comfy. They offered a shuttle anywhere but I was ok with just waiting. Took about an hour and a half. I thought it was pretty good considering I was there on a mid Monday morning. More

Problem still not solved The service personnel are nice, however- i have had my Kia Soul in twice for the same problem. They changed my ignition switch. The problem is still happening so I brought it back, waited 90 minutes for them to tell me there is nothing wrong. Then why EVERY day when I start my car, it may take 50 or more tries to get it to start. When I turn the key nothing happens. I am very frustrated with this vehicle. I first took it to Tires Plus in largo they said it was the battery. Next day same thing. Then they replaced the starter. Next day same thing. Tires Plus told me to take it to Lokey. More
