Lokey Kia - Service Center

Service at Lokey KIA I was in and out and it took about an hour. Had the oil changed and the car washed. The Tech also changed the air filters for the engine as well as I was in and out and it took about an hour. Had the oil changed and the car washed. What else can a customer want? Also, offered a ride to the mall at no charge! More

Absolutely HORRIBLE I brought my 2019 Sorento in for oil change, low tire pressure and a car wash. When the car was brought back from service there where thousands of swi I brought my 2019 Sorento in for oil change, low tire pressure and a car wash. When the car was brought back from service there where thousands of swirls all over the cars clearcoat., The car was still dirty and there was a gash in the paint on drivers door and identical scratches in the cars door handle. When we drove off the tire pressure was still low after we where told it was fine. We where promised a full detail and polish to fix swirls over a week ago. I've been to dealer twice and nothing has been done. PLEASE HELP . I WOULD LIKE TO DRIVE THE CAR OFF THE LOT LOOKING LIKE IT SHOULD.. More

There has been little communication on the status of when I will get my car back. No one has called me, I’ve always initiated the 1st phone call. The only reason why I’m giving them 2 stars is because they are assuming responsibility of the problem and have given me a loaner vehicle without charging me. More

Next he asked upon drop off if we would like the car washed and we said yes. When it was done it was most definitely not washed. Buy your car elsewhere. Who knows what else they skimp on. More
