Great Service At my last oil change I was notified of the services I would need for the next visit along with an estimate. When I arrived an estimate was provided. The condition of wait areas were clean and comfortable. Most importantly when my service was completed I was very satisfied, the pricing was spot on. I love when this is the case. It mashes me feel like I'm in control of what I'm spending and it builds a trusting relationship with the service department. More

It could have been better. It took from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and the car wasn't even vacuumed. I ordered a key and was told it should be in in 2 days well I waited two days waite It took from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and the car wasn't even vacuumed.
