I made an appointment to have my brake pads replaced and my ac serviced and get 2 new tires. They do not know how to communicate with their customers. I dropped my car off for service and they had to order a part from another center, due to a warranty company, and they said it would take a day or tw I dropped my car off for service and they had to order a part from another center, due to a warranty company, and they said it would take a day or two. It ended up to be almost a week. Several phone calls throughout the week and they couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. I also asked if I could pick up my car and they could call me when it was in. The service lady said if I did that it she would have to reschedule me 2 weeks out. Took them 3 weeks to return my multiple calls to schedule service. Told them when scheduling what I needed replaced to please order parts as the soonest appointment was 3 weeks out. They had not ordered part 3 weeks later when I came in for the service appointment and charged me 132.00 dollars to tell me they would need to order the parts which were window regulators . Like I didn’t know that when the windows were going down sideways and not going back up as I had reported 3 weeks earlier. I liked this dealership when I first started bringing my car in 8 years ago but the customer service has gone down over the past 3 years to negative 3 and I will change to another dealership. The service tech who took my car in was wonderful but the man there when i picked up was rude and turned me over to a woman because he was in a hurry to leave. The woman was pretty good . And my recall never was done!!!!!!!!!!!! And my rear door was left open how long ? My car was there 4 days! More

I had the oil changed on my Kia Rio several weeks ago. Michael, my service advisor, reported that I needed new front brakes and would need the battery replaced soon. I had anticipated the need for both items and he gave me an estimate. I scheduled an appointment for a week later. The work was completed while I waited and the cost came in under the estimate. The service techs at Lokey take really good care of my car. I won’t take it anywhere else. More
I would give 5 stars, but I'm taking some off because I initially scheduled my appointment with Dave. When I got there, he couldn't give two squats I was standing there, no one greeted me. Then when I aske initially scheduled my appointment with Dave. When I got there, he couldn't give two squats I was standing there, no one greeted me. Then when I asked for assistance, he blew me off then proceeded to complain about me to the customer inside. Juan saw me standing there, came over to assist and apologized for Dave's rude behavior. He made sure to get all my concerns regarding my car service taken care of. I scheduled for a shuttle pick up, which Dave did not call for, but Juan made sure to get a shuttle over to pick me up. I do not think the service department sanitized the vehicle. There was no indication that it was. Also, when I got there, there were two lines of cars backed up from the service Kiosk just sitting there waiting. I don't know if their porters are understaffed or what is happening with that. All in all, Juan's customer service was the saving grace for my service experience there. More
