Relieved to find that Lokey Kia does walk-in service for vehicles. I live in South St Petersburg and the first available service date at my local dealership was well into November - too long to wait for a vehicles. I live in South St Petersburg and the first available service date at my local dealership was well into November - too long to wait for an air-bag indicator to be diagnosed. Juan and his service team at Lokey Kia were incredible in fitting me into their tight schedule via the walk-in option (not available at my local dealer) and then providing outstanding service throughout the next several visits. While it took me 45 minutes one way to visit the dealership to resolve the problem (3 visits), each service event was well-planned, timely, courteous, and the estimates matched the resulting service charges. Definitely head and shoulders above in the crowded and sometimes sketchy automobile maintenance industry. Now that I've discovered Lokey Kia, I'll recommend you to all my friends and colleagues who need auto service or warranty work. It's refreshing to know that Lokey Kia and customer service espouse the same high values and integrity of service that I grew up with. Thank you! More
