Lokey Kia - Service Center

Poor communication at all levels. Reception doesn't talk to service, and service doesn't coordinate with the parts dept. Due to this, I have to take another day off to get done what should have been done in to service, and service doesn't coordinate with the parts dept. I always drop my vehicle off on my way to work and leave it there all day. My appointment was scheduled for 10am and a little before 11am I received a call that it was ready. Even though they knew I wouldn’t be picking my car up before 6pm, they performed the service at the scheduled time and my car was ready and waiting when I arrived shortly after 6 pm!
