Had a great buying experience 4 years ago. I’ve had all my services done here and I’ve had all pleasant interactions (minus one service advisor who I will never use again). A little over a month ago I brought my car in because water was leaking from around my glove compartment to the passenger floorboard. They put in a new AC kit thinking it would solve the problem. A few weeks later, it was still happening so I brought it back. Turns out the problem was misdiagnosed the first time. They did take a little of the price off due to the fact that they performed unnecessary work the first time. They had my car for a week and when I got it back, I realized the part of the "lining" of my car that goes around the door was not popped in properly. I called Kia about it and was told I would have a call from the service director, Keith, on Monday. I have still yet to receive a call. After my initial call, the whole piece that connects along the ceiling to the windshield came off from the top and was just hanging. I called on Monday inquiring again about the issue and the girl (I believe Laura) told me I could schedule an appointment and their earliest appointment was a week and a half away. I don't understand why I need to schedule an appointment for something that should have been done correctly when they had my car for a week. I went to Kia that day and told my service advisor, Tim, about the issue. He then asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I said no, and asked how long it would take. He spoke with the service guy and said he could get it looked at. When Tim told me it was ready. I went to the car with him to look at the car and told him the part lining the door was still popped out. He told me he has no idea why it is like that and there wasn't a reason they would need to take that piece off. The piece is literally on top of the other they did not put back together correctly on my car, so they had to have taken this piece off to take the other piece off. He started pushing on it some and said, "I'm going to do exactly what the other guys would do with this," and starts pushing on the piece on my car. He then says he doesn't know how to get that piece back on and if it doesn't go back, I'll have to get a new piece. I spent a lot of money getting my car fixed and it should have been put back together correctly. I understand things happen, but I truly feel everyone should have been a little more accommodating with the issue. The secretary (I believe her name was Laura) should try to get me in a little sooner than a week and a half when I'm having an issue with incorrect work after my car was in the shop for a week. Keith should have called me back when I requested a call back twice regarding the issue, and my service advisor should have done a little more to ensure the problem was resolved correctly. I feel as though the work was done and paid for, and the bare minimum was being done to get me out of their hair. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation. More

Had a appt. didn’t wait long. Was here for a recall they checked it out and they had the part. Came out and told me some things wrong with my car, l told them to fix it very courteous and prompt.
