Staff in service dept are not as welcoming as I'd expect. The issue with my car was not resolved even though it's a "known/common" issue. I verified with one of the staff members that parts were available prior to making my appointment only to find out, after dropping my car off for an entire day, that parts were out of stock and needed to be ordered. Why not have parts on hand, readily available for a common issue? Big inconvenience. More
