I set an appointment 3 weeks in advance. I gave the dealership my exact diagnosis, I was told they could get it covered under warranty. I drove 2 hours, waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room for them to dealership my exact diagnosis, I was told they could get it covered under warranty. I drove 2 hours, waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room for them to tell me I'm not covered. They bait and switched me. I wasted an entire morning, gas and 3 weeks of having my car fixed for their lack of ownership and responsibility. I will not so business there again and would not recommend it, especially with all of the other options in the area. More
