Service Advisors are nice, but they are short staffed which makes communication really horrible at times. Had my car towed in for service, had to call multiple times for a time estimate and it took days which makes communication really horrible at times. Just a call of "your car is here, tell me what's going on with it...ok expect a call in 2 days due to us squeezing it in" would have given me an expectation vs having no idea what was going on. More

First, I'll say I normally drop my car off for any service issues, recalls (several in the past year) mornings, which I will continue from now on. This time the soonest appt was a Thursday at 2pm. After 3 & 1/2 hours of just sitting, they confirmed what I said the main issue was and still have to come back once the associate sends me pricing and any other recommendations. To add injury to insult, a car sales agent send a text msg: this is ___ I see you were in today, would like to upgrade. I'm like really?!?! I'm still here being way more patient than most people and you send me that text. Going forward, I highly recommend being more courteous of everyone's time. **UPDATE: 5 days and 3 calls later, finally spoke with someone whom states they will at least email the print out so I can move forward addressing the issues. More
