Dropped off the car at 10 a.m. for an 11 a.m. scheduled air bag sensor replacement. They told us it should not take more than a few hours and they would call when done. My wife called in the early afternoo air bag sensor replacement. They told us it should not take more than a few hours and they would call when done. My wife called in the early afternoon and again at 5:30 p.m. as we had not heard anything. The service desk did not answer either of the two calls. Finally, the next morning, we received a call from the service desk that it was done. When we asked, they told us it was finished yesterday. So why are you calling the following day for something that should have been completed in 2 hours. Disappointing service, especially since they called us to make the scheduled appointment. My advice... if anyone is expecting same day service for a 2 hour job, please consider these guys seem too busy to answer their own phone... Twice. More

The service center is great but I’d never ever Buy a car from this dealership again they treated me like xxxx after I bought the car… I guess as expected once they have your money they don’t give a xxxx abo from this dealership again they treated me like xxxx after I bought the car… I guess as expected once they have your money they don’t give a xxxx about you anymore 🤷🏻♀️ Once I confronted them when I wanted to upgrade to a newer car they told me I couldn’t afford it when I put 6000 down on the first car I knew he was charging me even more money than the list price was I told him it was 5000 less online and he never answered me back meaning that he couldn’t steal any more xxxxing money from me 😡 So no the dealership sucks they’re a bunch of greedy xxxxxxxx but the service center did a wonderful job More
I’ve always had a great experience at Lokey Kia. I try to make early appointments and wait for my car. I always use Dave for my service advisor. I have bought two vehicles from Kia in the last 8 years! Anytime there was an issue they always gave me a rental! The gentleman that work there are awesome!!
