Overall, Lokey is a great dealership and has a very helpful staff. Recently, however, there was an incident where my car was dropped off for an oil change and a recall, and left untouched and was never helpful staff. My phone calls were never returned, and they weren't aware of the issue until I attempted to pick it up right before close. Something good something not. Im glad to have periodic service, but this time I was not very happy. My car is a 2016. They told me I had to replace the battery ($190). But I wanted a second opinion, and it came out my battery was just fine. I dont appreciate at all that someone try to steal me money. Not happy. They was also supposed to wash the car but they didn’t. Ill go next service as it is a periodic check, but Ill always ask a second opinion on everything from now on. More
