Infrastructure at service center is inadequate. Long line to drop off car. When car is completed sometimes blocked in and takes time to get car free. The Dealership is great, however the service department sucks! First, I had to stand and wait for a few minutes.when there was no one else in line. The agent at the desk where I was standing did not greet sucks! First, I had to stand and wait for a few minutes.when there was no one else in line. The agent at the desk where I was standing did not greet me, warmly or otherwise. After I waited for about 5 minutes without being greeted, Another customer walked in and went right to the 2nd desk, and got helped immediately! Why didn’t the agent at the second desk wave me over and help me? When the agent finally unconvinced himself and decided to help me, he never made eye contact with me. I handed him the letter about the recall on my vehicle, and again with no eye contact, handed it back without looking at it (again no eye contact) and said keep it for my records. He told me it would take about an hour. After two hours and many other customers had been called for their vehicle and I noticed the waiting room was mostly empty. I went to the glass booth and encountered the same agent, who said, “Stand by, I’ll be right with you( no eye contact, and no other customers or agents in the booth. While he was doing everything but helping me,I looked out the window and saw my car in the lot, which I pointed out to him. Then and only then did he come around the desk and go to a nearby desk for my paperwork. I asked why my car was sitting out there done, and I wasn’t called. I did not get a reasonable explanation except he said something like, “It’s probably my fault, everybody left me” Not a pleasant experience for me! More
The service was fast. I was told it would take 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, but, they finished in 45 minutes. Their waiting room is ample, the seats were plush, they have 3 large TVs tuned to 3 differe 1 hour and 15 minutes, but, they finished in 45 minutes. Their price for the service is lower than their competitor on US 19 in St. Petersburg. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. More
