The service is always great and every is very courteous, but I was very unhappy when I got my car back and it was all wet. No one dried it after washing my car. Brought my car in to fix the window regulator and they didn't put my door back together right and now the door is broken! I am frustrated with Lokey kia and their service department NOT checking their w didn't put my door back together right and now the door is broken! Each time I go into get my oil changed, I walk in and no one even acknowledges you are there.. it’s usually a at least 3 to 5 minutes.. then when I went there on Wed, March 30th.. they were supposed to rota one even acknowledges you are there.. it’s usually a at least 3 to 5 minutes.. then when I went there on Wed, March 30th.. they were supposed to rotate my tires but evidently the communication didn’t happen. One person said they would be rotated and the person that had the final bill said they were not rotated, so I’m not sure they were rotated or not.. customer service is not good and rude at times.. I wish I could try a different Kia dealership.. More
