The service drive was cluttered, Cars blocking exit out of drive, techs have to back out instead of just pulling forward. Why do you have booker located in customer area? When my car was ready they said it of drive, techs have to back out instead of just pulling forward. Why do you have booker located in customer area? When my car was ready they said it was no charge. Question advisor and your records showed I bought car from your dealership. I did not. So advisor corrected issue, and I paid for my service. Dose this happen often??? More
