So I came here because they said they could get me into a 2020 sorento, and they did. However, I was not told that it had 4K miles on it and that the windshield had a spidering crack in it that they had to r 2020 sorento, and they did. We decided we liked the vehicle and price enough that we went through with the deal, putting more down than we originally intended too but that was okay. They said it would be ready the next day and gave me an older sorento to drive until it was ready. Well it was not ready the next day, took five days and me bugging them to get it ready. Once there I picked it up and stupidly didn’t do a walk around. I get home and look and there’s 4 scratches on a vehicle they sold me as “brand new”. I contacted them and am yet to hear back as to how they’re going to fix this. I completely feel like just a sale at this point, after all the hype they gave me about Lokey being a family business and making me feel like they care, they don’t. I won’t be back except for the oil changes that came with it. Oh and they continuously said “make sure you give us a good review on the surveys you’ll be sent!” Even gave me a cheat sheet with answers, really? More
