We spoke on the phone regarding what I wanted in the 2020 Kia Optima and after a couple of calls back and forth, we agreed on the car U’ve ever had. The next day, Jay drove the car to my house, my husband filled out the necessary paperwork, I handed Jay my first month’s payment, he switched my license plate from the Kia I was returning to my new car, we shook hands...and he drove off in the 2017 Kia on which was at lease-end...and there in my driveway was my shiny new car!
