I had to retrieve my car by calling because he never called to let me know it was ready and the service I requested to be done was not done because "I didn't need it", as per mr Woodman. I still paid the same amount for a oil change only as if it was for my normal oil and rotation. Not happy. I also feel that they should have car wash. I will probably won't be returning to lokey.
