My experience with the last visit at Lokey Kia was less than ideal. I had to leave my car there for two weeks to replace my air conditioning evaporator unit. While I was there, I asked that my tires rotate than ideal. I had to leave my car there for two weeks to replace my air conditioning evaporator unit. While I was there, I asked that my tires rotated and Moyle was changed. On the day of picking up my vehicle, I asked if my services were completed and they said no the oil was not changed. so now I have to drive all the way back up to Logan Kia from Seminole to get my oil change done. That is almost an hours drive for me. More

Awful customer service. I purchased vehicle they had four days to get ready. I called them day before to let them know please have the vehicle ready for pickup. I went next I purchased vehicle they had four days to get ready. I called them day before to let them know please have the vehicle ready for pickup. I went next day the vehicle was nasty. They had lost the spare key. All kind of decals marking on the windshield. I had to make over 10 calls and text messages just to get the response back for the key. Management never tells the truth. Absolutely lairs. More
