Improper tire service I took my 2017 F250 in for its first service before I took it on a trip towing my 5th wheel trailer. I was told that normally they rotate the tires so I took my 2017 F250 in for its first service before I took it on a trip towing my 5th wheel trailer. I was told that normally they rotate the tires so I had them do that also. While on my trip it felt like I was fighting the wind, but when I got out for fuel I noticed there was no wind. I kept stopping checking my trailer and could find no issues. Finally I checked my tire pressure and found that the didn't change the pressure when they rotated my tires. I had 67 in the front and 62 in the rear. I had to stop at a Walmart and buy a compressor to adjust the air. When I came home I called the service rep who handled my truck. He said the service manager would call me within 2 hours. That was yesterday and I haven't heard from anyone. More

Terrible Customer Service in Service Dept! I left wonderful reviews everywhere about my purchasing experience at this dealership when I bought my 2016 Ford Focus brand new from them. However, I left wonderful reviews everywhere about my purchasing experience at this dealership when I bought my 2016 Ford Focus brand new from them. However, after several trips to the service dept with my BRAND NEW car there is not much good I can say about the service dept or this xxx car! It's been years since I had a brand new car and finally gave in so I would have piece of mind of having a new car and having warranties. Let me say that warranties mean nothing if your dealership refuses to admit there is a problem with the car! Other than replacing the TCM on the car the only answers I get is "The car is performing as it is supposed to", "Performing as designed" or "We can't get it to do what you are saying when we drive it". This car is dangerous, I've almost been hit a few times because it would not shift from first to second. It's grinding and sputtering and hardly makes it up the hill out of my neighborhood. That is NOT normal. I can't let my daughter drive my car because I am afraid for her in my 2016 car so she is safer in her 1999 Ford Escort! OH... and let me tell you, I love my car other than the mechanical issues. I am obsessive about keeping it in new condition. So, imagine my surprise when I go to pick it up and there is a chip in my hood and scratches leading down to it. When I confronted the service tech he immediately got the service manager who told me it was already there....... NO it wasn't !! I looked it over before leaving it. I have pictures of it just the day before. They "repaired" the chip by covering it with touch up paint.... My toddler niece could have done that! I have called regarding the transmission issues and was told I would receive a call back. I have emailed. I have gone on the website and chatted with a rep, that forwarded our conversation to the salesman, that responded saying he was forwarding to service.... WEEKS have gone by....nothing. I am done trying to work with them. Taking my business elsewhere. I have other family members that have purchased from there that will be taking their business elsewhere as well after seeing all of my frustration with them. More
Bad customer service I brought my used King Ranch in for the 105K service that I purchased there in March today. I called for an appointment for 10AM. I had a coupon stating the service would be $39.95 which was stapled to the work order. I waited 1.5 hours and then they came in and said the front brake shoes needed emergency replacement and it would be another 1 to 1.5 hours. I had to go so I declined. I looked over the bill when I got home and I was charged full price even though the coupon was attached ($48.29 Invoice 175154). !. Waiting 1.5 hours for an appointed oil change is not good service. 2. Had I been given the brake news 15 minutes after I arrived I would have had the brakes done 3. If it is an emergency repair why was it not done 6K miles ago when I purchased the vehicle? 4. Based on this experience I will only be back for Warranty covered Items which I over paid for. I sent this as an email to M Crouch and received no response. More

The Service department staff is unfriendly and lazy. Even though they still had 3 hours before they closed they still turned away business. I ended up going right up the street to a different establishment and had my oil changed in 20 minutes!! They even offered us water and my children snacks. More

I was not informed of this and they did not want to offer a solution. Customer service appears to be a lost art at this dealership. I won't be back. BTW. This was my next service back after previous oil change that they didn't reset mileage on oil change computer (had to return) and rotated the tires without resetting proper front to back tire pressures. As mistakes do happen I really was giving them another chance to prove Ford service expertise but it seems I will now be taking my business elsewhere. More

Mike looked at the tear and without hesitation scheduled us to have it repaired. Not many people would have done this after so long a time. We had a non-Ford vehicle that was way, way overdue for an oil change and they squeezed it in during a busy lunch rush. Changed the oil, checked the other fluids and made sure the tires were good. Even received a neat form telling me the condition of my tires and how the alignment was. Very impressive for a small town store! Will continue to service my vehicles there - even my Mazda! More
Took my car in for a factory ford recall..... They tried to sell me a battery right out of the gate( my battery wasnt even 4 months old)... After being told by several dealerships the recall would take abou to sell me a battery right out of the gate( my battery wasnt even 4 months old)... After being told by several dealerships the recall would take about 45 mins to complete, figured i would window shop and check out other vehicles... Stalked by salesmen( there job i know), after about 5 mins my car came back from being in the shop and recall was completed.. Didnt think anything of it, and went about my day.... Week went by and noticed things acting strange with my airbag light when someone was in the vehicle with me... Went to a different dealership to have them check and found out the recall was not done..... Aftering being extremley mad, the Service Manager at other dealership said they could not perform the recall as Loganville Ford charged Ford Mtr Co for the recall... I called Ford direct to complain about this, was told to call the dealer, called the dealership and talked to the GM... He said he lived near the tech at the other dealership and would confer with him.. Never contacted me back until i hounded him... Then told me i was lying... I even filmed the tech at other dealership performing the recall correctly on my vehicle and paid him out of my own pocket to get this recall performed correctly... Talked back with GM at Loganville Ford and he became highly peeved off, and shouting at me and then proceeded to tell me to F*** Off.... This dealership is a pitiful excuse.... I am sure there are good people there, and the bad negate them.. But on a whole, I live 5 mins from the dealership and would drive out of state to save from buying a vehicle from them... They constantly send me stuff in the mail and call me after multiple times telling them to cease and they dont care... More
