I purchased a new truck from Loganville Ford in November 2023, hoping for a seamless and enjoyable experience with my new vehicle. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration due to a series 2023, hoping for a seamless and enjoyable experience with my new vehicle. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration due to a series of issues and unsatisfactory service. Firstly, I encountered a significant problem with the transmission. Just a few weeks after driving off the lot, the transmission began malfunctioning. Despite the urgency of the issue, no loaner vehicle was provided, which left me in a difficult situation as I rely heavily on my truck for daily activities. After considerable inconvenience, the transmission was eventually fixed. Next, the trailer brake module faulted, which was another unexpected problem. While this issue was addressed and resolved more promptly than the transmission, it added to my growing dissatisfaction. The most persistent problem has been with the air conditioning system. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, the issue remains unresolved. The dealership's service team seems to be at a loss, with no clear idea on how to resolve the persistent air conditioning problems. This ongoing issue is particularly frustrating as it significantly impacts comfort, especially in warmer weather. Overall, my experience with Loganville Ford has been disappointing. While the initial purchase process was smooth, the subsequent vehicle issues and lack of adequate service and solutions have left me regretting my decision. I hope the dealership improves their customer service and technical expertise to better serve future customers. For now, I cannot recommend Loganville Ford based on my experience. More
I had to put my vehicle in the shop for an oil leak. I had dropped it off Sunday, so they would have it first thing Monday. Matt was the advisor and he would never give me a call. I had to call on Tuesd I had dropped it off Sunday, so they would have it first thing Monday. Matt was the advisor and he would never give me a call. I had to call on Tuesday to find out that they haven't even looked at the car yet. I called again on Wednesday (because they won't call you) and he said he would check with the technician and call me back. He never called me back, so again I had to call for an update on Thursday. I am a single mother and have only one car and I was never offered a courtesy vehicle. I will never go back to this service center. More

I have purchased TWO new Ford trucks from Loganville Ford, sent other family members to them and had my vehicles serviced there. I took my truck in last week for the “Works Package” and boy, did they tr Ford, sent other family members to them and had my vehicles serviced there. I took my truck in last week for the “Works Package” and boy, did they try to give me the works. My check engine light had come on the day before and I asked them to check it out. Imagine my shock when they told me that it would cost $100 for a “diagnostic fee”. The truck is already in their garage, it’s a matter of plugging a cord into a connection on my dash, a 2-3 minute procedure. The entire purpose of the code reader is to make it easy for a technician to isolate the problem and make the repair. Now it appears that Loganville Ford has found a new way to milk an easy $100 out of their existing customers. Making an exorbitant profit off parts and labor isn’t enough. When it’s time to purchase a new vehicle or get service on one of my current vehicles, I won’t be coming back to Loganville Ford. More

Service I Can Trust! I have found an auto mechanic I can trust. A few months ago, I had my Escape serviced with ANOTHER Ford dealership. Too bad I wasn't on my toes wh I have found an auto mechanic I can trust. A few months ago, I had my Escape serviced with ANOTHER Ford dealership. Too bad I wasn't on my toes when I dropped off my car at their Quick Lane because they manipulated me into buying flushes that I now doubt I needed. I will never deal with them again. With some trepidation I took my car to Quick Lane at Loganville Ford today for a couple of minor issues and met Stephen Arnold, the Quick Lane Service Manager. He treated me like family instead of a cash cow. I am very pleased with both his attitude and knowledge of the car's issues. I look forward to working with him and Loganville Ford. More
Lost this customer Failures #1. Not notified My 2013 ford explorer was under a safety recall. possible carbon monoxide leaks into rear seating area. Grandkids area. Failures #1. Not notified My 2013 ford explorer was under a safety recall. possible carbon monoxide leaks into rear seating area. Grandkids area. Found out by asking 03/27/2018. Had asked about recalls over pass 4 yrs. told.” None”. They said they were notified 10/2017. Failure # 2. Did not rotate tires during oil change and tire rotation. This occurred a couple of yrs ago and they have rotated since every 5000 mi. Without failure comped me a oilchange Failure # 3. Have 2 motorcraft batteries bad in 5 yrs these batteries advertise as 3 yr full replacement 100 months prorated by ford. Loganville ford failed to honor that battery sticker. Saying waranty was for 36000 mi. Car waranty not prorated as battery indicates. Then quoted a new and remanufactured engines, transmission and components waranty and policy manual. As to why the battery claim of prorated for 100 months is null and void after 39 months of usage ( look up motorcraft bxt 65 650.). After 5 yrs of doing bussiness with loganville ford they offered me the 3rd battery in 63 months for 108.00 as compensation and in liew of honoring the motorcraft battery Waranty. This i believe is a ford motorcraft waranty acknowledgement problem. I did not get any help through loganville ford service dept with this problem. Failure to send out Safety recalls or notify customers of such is inexcusable. There is a reason that 3 row seating is purchased. For family’s it is children. More
