Totally disappointed - will not use them again We purchased a new F-150 from them & the sales person didn't go over anything inside the truck, then right before leaving the dealership we noticed th We purchased a new F-150 from them & the sales person didn't go over anything inside the truck, then right before leaving the dealership we noticed the glove compartment was broken & he just turned away and said, "it's covered by your warranty" in a very non-caring attitude which shocked me, especially just having purchased a new car. It was after hours when we left however he didn't seem to care at all and acted like this wasn't his problem. I also thought it was in poor taste that the finance lady made sure my husband completed the opinion survey before we were finished. If I had to complete it again now that the sale has been finalized, our answers would not be positive. We certainly won't be taking our car there to be serviced nor will we ever recommend them to anyone we know looking for a Ford - shop elsewhere! There's too many other Ford dealers in Atlanta & now I wish we had looked around more before purchasing from them. I'm sure there are plenty of other dealers that are more customer service oriented who want to ensure their customers are happy after their purchase. More

If a Dealership is selling a car there should be a list of safety standards that the car must have passed. Waste of customer tire to fix items that should of been fixed before car was put on lot. Service for my family's cars I forgot to mention in the sales review just what the service department at Loganville Ford has done to help my family the past few years. We had a non-Ford vehicle that was way, way overdue for an oil change and they squeezed it in during a busy lunch rush. Changed the oil, checked the other fluids and made sure the tires were good. Even received a neat form telling me the condition of my tires and how the alignment was. Very impressive for a small town store! Will continue to service my vehicles there - even my Mazda! More

Shady only reason 1 star is cause 0 isn't possible Where to begin. So we were looking at their used vehicles. No big deal we were about to leave and the said wait we just got this one in. They bring around another explorer. We test drove it all was fine. But left to think about it. We went back the following weekend to purchase it and just as we were about to get ready to leave the motor was misfiring BAD whole engine shaking. So we got our check back and then they said the had another one. So we test drove that and the thing about threw you out of your seat cause the transmission was bad and 2nd gear was messed up. So we left. Then we get a phone call the next day and it was Loganville ford calling saying that because one of the sales people drove the vehicle and felt what we were talking about that they had to fix the problem. They continued to say they took the vehicle into the shop and fixed the misfire and replaced the coil pack. Now before we bought this vehicle we test drove it again and even ran a scanner to see if it pulled codes. Nope , nothing so we thought they did what they said...nope. Don't know how they band aid the thing but the exact problem is back! To me this is mis representation and completely appalling that they are scuzzy enough to lie just for a sale!!! We won't buy dirt from those people. More

No real knowledge of the vehicle they were trying to sell. (used car). Inflating the interest rate for profit. Lengthy wait time while salesman left me to prey on another customer. Then on to the finance department where the finance guy spoke too fast and added unnecessary dealer profit items without telling me, hoping that I wouldn't catch it. Then after I finally got the price and payment that was good for me; the salesman never thanked me personally for the business but sent me an email a week later asking me for a good online review. Car dealers are all the same. Dishonest con artists.. I then received a letter from the dealer today that had a $20.00 refund check for the tag fee I was charged because the vehicle still needs an state emissions test that they ,the dealer were legally obligated to complete before selling the vehicle. They did offer to reimburse me the cost of the emissions test. I hope the car passes or they better hope the car passes. I wont say do not do business at Loganville Ford but I will just say this. Caveat Emptor. . More

It had a small town feel and we were greeted by Dewayne whom I had talked to on the phone previously. The finance dept. already had my info and were working on a deal while we test drove the truck. After minimal negotiating, we agreed on a price. (The truck was fairly priced from the start) Usually, it takes forever for the finance dept. to draw up paperwork. Not the case. The paperwork was pretty quick and we were out of there in good time. Overall, I appreciate the dealer respecting my time and getting us home to the kids in my new-to-me truck!! Thanks! More
