I had a coupon stating the service would be $39.95 which was stapled to the work order. I waited 1.5 hours and then they came in and said the front brake shoes needed emergency replacement and it would be another 1 to 1.5 hours. I had to go so I declined. I looked over the bill when I got home and I was charged full price even though the coupon was attached ($48.29 Invoice 175154). !. Waiting 1.5 hours for an appointed oil change is not good service. 2. Had I been given the brake news 15 minutes after I arrived I would have had the brakes done 3. If it is an emergency repair why was it not done 6K miles ago when I purchased the vehicle? 4. Based on this experience I will only be back for Warranty covered Items which I over paid for. I sent this as an email to M Crouch and received no response. More
Horrible customer service experience! After 3 attempt's to try and have my oil changed at Loganville Ford I can officially say I will never come back to this place!! The Service departme After 3 attempt's to try and have my oil changed at Loganville Ford I can officially say I will never come back to this place!! The Service department staff is unfriendly and lazy. Even though they still had 3 hours before they closed they still turned away business. I ended up going right up the street to a different establishment and had my oil changed in 20 minutes!! They even offered us water and my children snacks. More

I was not informed of this and they did not want to offer a solution. Customer service appears to be a lost art at this dealership. I won't be back. BTW. This was my next service back after previous oil change that they didn't reset mileage on oil change computer (had to return) and rotated the tires without resetting proper front to back tire pressures. As mistakes do happen I really was giving them another chance to prove Ford service expertise but it seems I will now be taking my business elsewhere. More
Nathan Swope was awesome. Dealership sucks. Bought a used truck there. Within 2 days it showed dead skip on #5 cylinder. Very bad skip. Notified them immediately. We were out of state so did s Bought a used truck there. Within 2 days it showed dead skip on #5 cylinder. Very bad skip. Notified them immediately. We were out of state so did scan and replaced coil. That did not fix problem. Told them all of this and they wanted to charge $99.99 for diagnostic. Eventually said they would do that for free and work with me on charges for repair. Really???? Bitterly disappointed especially since they claim such wonderful customer satisfaction. I chose dealership due to that. Don't buy used vehicle here. Once it is out the door, you are on your own. A $60.00 part cost them a customer and I hope others heed this. Yes, I bought as is but i did expect it to be roadworthy and pre-existing condition fixed or disclosed. Oh, i forgot.....they did not do diagnostic before resale so they couldn't do either. But I did not know that at the time. I love my vehicle and will enjoy it in spite of their lousy customer service. More
Be afraid of salesman Max.. I was completely fine with my sales guy then I got handed off to Max who is a very unprofessional and hot headed salesman. He turned to me and said it I was completely fine with my sales guy then I got handed off to Max who is a very unprofessional and hot headed salesman. He turned to me and said its ok if you dont buy from us......we'd lose money dealing with yoi anyway.......not a single apology was given...it looked like they were bouncers at a bar when i didnt accept the offer made. I told them several times the payment I needed they kept coming back with higher than i can afford.... I felt threatened by Max he seemed hostile to be honest. More

We decided to wax and clean the car at the end of February and noticed a small tear in the leather rear seat. We never sat in the rear or had anyone else in the car. Mike looked at the tear and without hesitation scheduled us to have it repaired. Not many people would have done this after so long a time. Loganville Ford now has a satisfied customer who will return for all of my service. Thank You Mike and your team for four star service. More
Fraudulent Advertised Pricing Inquired about a F-150 Raptor listed on Autotrader.com and received an email from the dealership stating vehicle was "aggressively priced at only $68, Inquired about a F-150 Raptor listed on Autotrader.com and received an email from the dealership stating vehicle was "aggressively priced at only $68,400" (which was the MRSP). Called and spoke with salesperson and then he informed me the vehicle was selling at a premium of $10,000 over MRSP (and their email quoted price) of $78,400. I consider this fraudulent advertising or an email phishing scam. Not a dealership I would do business with. Shame on them for wasting my time. More

Liars!!! Find another dealership!! Don't waste your time going to this so called "Hometown Family Owned Dealership". I had a HORRIBLE experience with my purchase of a 2011 Ford Edge. Don't waste your time going to this so called "Hometown Family Owned Dealership". I had a HORRIBLE experience with my purchase of a 2011 Ford Edge. I purchased the Edge back in July. The day of purchase I requested an owners manual (a pretty simple request, or so I thought). It didn't come with one (for whatever reason) so I was told that one would be ordered for me. LONG story short, today is December 13th and I JUST received the manual. I was fed lie after lie. First it was ordered, then it was back ordered, then it came in but was for the wrong car, next it came in but was for the wrong year, then a new one had to be printed from Ford directly, then one comes in and it's sold to someone else, then another comes in and it's misplaced. Lie after lie after lie! They just didn't want to fork out the money for it I guess. I called to check on the status every few weeks and every time I called I got a different story. Guess they were hoping I would just go away! If that's not enough to convince you to shop somewhere else for your new vehicle, here's more. When shopping for a vehicle I told my sales guy Michael that having a roof rack for my 2 kayaks was very important to me. I purchased the Edge under the pretenses that a factory roof rack could be installed to accommodate the kayaks. I was told that the roof rack would be the EXACT SAME as the roof racks that come factory installed on the new Edges. The price was $400 and we (Loganville Ford and myself) agreed to split the cost. So I paid $200. I never saw a picture or was provided with any specs as factory roof racks certainly accommodate two 50lb kayaks. After SEVERAL weeks I hadn't heard anything from Michael about the status of the roof rack order. When I called he told me that the wrong rails came in (the kind that bolt to the roof). He said that's not what I would want so he ordered a different set. Two more weeks passed I called again this time I called the parts department. They told me that Loganville Ford DOES NOT ORDER ROOF RACKS. They told me that Michael needs to contact an outside company to have them install the rack. See what I mean, LIES!!! Michael calls me back the very same day and said that the rack just came in and would be installed the next day. I asked to see the rack when I dropped off my vehicle and he said that he didn't have them. I told him that the roof rack was not to be put on until I approved it. I had no doubts that the rack would accommodate my kayaks since I was informed that they would be just like the factory rails. Upon pickup of the vehicle with installed roof rack I received no information about the rack (only a tiny green slip of paper located in my cup holder...). It gave no information about the company who installed it, warranties, or contact information. All it provided was the weight capacity of 110lbs. Upon further investigation I quickly learned that this rack was not going to work as the kayak rack weighs 20+lbs and the kayaks weigh 50lbs each. After MUCH back and forth with Lance (sales manager) and Michael (sales guy). They agreed to have a new roof rack installed on my vehicle. This time one that would ACTUALLY ACCOMMODATE two kayaks. The new roof rack was installed incorrectly but by this point, as expected, I was sick and tired of dealing with ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I urge anyone that is in the market for a new car...please DO NOT take your business to Loganville Ford. You will regret it! More
