Had asked about recalls over pass 4 yrs. told.” None”. They said they were notified 10/2017. Failure # 2. Did not rotate tires during oil change and tire rotation. This occurred a couple of yrs ago and they have rotated since every 5000 mi. Without failure comped me a oilchange Failure # 3. Have 2 motorcraft batteries bad in 5 yrs these batteries advertise as 3 yr full replacement 100 months prorated by ford. Loganville ford failed to honor that battery sticker. Saying waranty was for 36000 mi. Car waranty not prorated as battery indicates. Then quoted a new and remanufactured engines,transmission and components waranty and policy manual. As to why the battery claim of prorated for 100 months is null and void after 39 months of usage ( look up motorcraft bxt 65 650.). After 5 yrs of doing bussiness with loganville ford they offered me the 3rd battery in 63 months for 108.00 as compensation and in liew of honoring the motorcraft battery Waranty. This i believe is a ford motorcraft waranty acknowledgement problem. I did not get any help through loganville ford service dept with this problem. Failure to send out Safety recalls or notify customers of such is inexcusable. There is a reason that 3 row seating is purchased. For family’s it is children. More
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Spend 40k on a used truck and 2 days later service engine light comes on. Stan (salesman) told me the day before I purchased the truck that they would Spend 40k on a used truck and 2 days later service engine light comes on. Stan (salesman) told me the day before I purchased the truck that they would work with me if something like that was to occur. LIAR! So I made an appointment at 8:00 AM. I get there at 8:00 AM. 10:00 AM they tell me what the problem was and $750 to fix. I knew what the problem was with a cheap scanner and google in like 30 mins before I even went. I thought they were being nice and actually fixing it for the amount of time I was waiting. WRONG! Save yourself time and money, shop somewhere else. They probably was aware of problem and cleared the computer and knew it would take some time for the truck to go through the drive cycle and display service engine light . More

My hesitation is because 2 days after having the vehicle the ABS and traction control light is on, I’ve notified the sales tech not sure if anything they will do it’s “as is” leaving for vacation when I get back if there not willing to address I will put in shop and hopefully it’s nothing major, I will update my view once I figure out what I’ll have to fix 2 days after purchasing. More
To lazy to work on my Mercury Grand Marquis. They had my car for 3 days. Needed Blend door replaced. Finally called them. Improper tire service I took my 2017 F250 in for its first service before I took it on a trip towing my 5th wheel trailer. I was told that normally they rotate the tires so I took my 2017 F250 in for its first service before I took it on a trip towing my 5th wheel trailer. I was told that normally they rotate the tires so I had them do that also. While on my trip it felt like I was fighting the wind, but when I got out for fuel I noticed there was no wind. I kept stopping checking my trailer and could find no issues. Finally I checked my tire pressure and found that the didn't change the pressure when they rotated my tires. I had 67 in the front and 62 in the rear. I had to stop at a Walmart and buy a compressor to adjust the air. When I came home I called the service rep who handled my truck. He said the service manager would call me within 2 hours. That was yesterday and I haven't heard from anyone. More

Terrible Customer Service in Service Dept! I left wonderful reviews everywhere about my purchasing experience at this dealership when I bought my 2016 Ford Focus brand new from them. However, I left wonderful reviews everywhere about my purchasing experience at this dealership when I bought my 2016 Ford Focus brand new from them. However, after several trips to the service dept with my BRAND NEW car there is not much good I can say about the service dept or this xxx car! It's been years since I had a brand new car and finally gave in so I would have piece of mind of having a new car and having warranties. Let me say that warranties mean nothing if your dealership refuses to admit there is a problem with the car! Other than replacing the TCM on the car the only answers I get is "The car is performing as it is supposed to", "Performing as designed" or "We can't get it to do what you are saying when we drive it". This car is dangerous, I've almost been hit a few times because it would not shift from first to second. It's grinding and sputtering and hardly makes it up the hill out of my neighborhood. That is NOT normal. I can't let my daughter drive my car because I am afraid for her in my 2016 car so she is safer in her 1999 Ford Escort! OH... and let me tell you, I love my car other than the mechanical issues. I am obsessive about keeping it in new condition. So, imagine my surprise when I go to pick it up and there is a chip in my hood and scratches leading down to it. When I confronted the service tech he immediately got the service manager who told me it was already there....... NO it wasn't !! I looked it over before leaving it. I have pictures of it just the day before. They "repaired" the chip by covering it with touch up paint.... My toddler niece could have done that! I have called regarding the transmission issues and was told I would receive a call back. I have emailed. I have gone on the website and chatted with a rep, that forwarded our conversation to the salesman, that responded saying he was forwarding to service.... WEEKS have gone by....nothing. I am done trying to work with them. Taking my business elsewhere. I have other family members that have purchased from there that will be taking their business elsewhere as well after seeing all of my frustration with them. More
