The worst service department I have ever seen. My truck has knots all over the 2 front Nitto tires at 28k miles. I had to put my vehicle in the shop for an oil leak. I had dropped it off Sunday, so they would have it first thing Monday. Matt was the advisor and he would never give me a call. I had to call on Tuesd I had dropped it off Sunday, so they would have it first thing Monday. Matt was the advisor and he would never give me a call. I had to call on Tuesday to find out that they haven't even looked at the car yet. I called again on Wednesday (because they won't call you) and he said he would check with the technician and call me back. He never called me back, so again I had to call for an update on Thursday. I am a single mother and have only one car and I was never offered a courtesy vehicle. I will never go back to this service center. More
