Horrible experience.. from beginning to end.. each car was either sold or not on lot.. forget about thinking you can get the car the same day.. that's not gonna happen.. Our finance team will shop your credit around .. ummm not what I wanted.. have been in communication with lender on a weekly basis.. My trade in.. where do I start.. bottom line I spent 5hrs at this dealership and got absolutely nowhere.. total waste of my time.. I regret ever inquiring about vehicle on their lot.. I will def tell anybody I can about this place.. STAY AWAY... Find another dealership. I did and what they couldn't do another dealership did... More
Well my experience was not as good as the past couple when buying a used 2017 Buick Enclave. The price was fare but when taking it for a test drive the check engine light was on. That should have been a when buying a used 2017 Buick Enclave. The price was fare but when taking it for a test drive the check engine light was on. That should have been a warning then. The sales men said it was a oxygen sensor and it was on order. So we took it into consideration and trusted them. After assuming delivery drove it 10 miles and guess what check engine light went on, so I called the sales person and he said I’m sorry just make an appointment to bring in!!! So I did the following Monday they said to drop it off and we will call you. Tuesday afternoon I had to call them and they said it was just completed. So I go pick up I’m vehicle and the sales person met me in the service Dept to discuss the repair! I give him this he was honest he said they had to take the engine out of the vehicle and replace the hole engine harness.. apparently there was a bulletin put out about the harness. So it’s been 4 weeks and now I’m herring an exhaust leak coming from the flex pipe. This is just the beginning but praying for the end if any. I think I’m just going to take it to Buick dealer seeing it’s still under warranty by Buick. I just feel I was lied to from the beginning by this dealership and sales person . They had the vehicle for 7 months before I bought it, your telling me they didn’t know about the bulletin about the harness before I bought it? Just a far warning if you see a check engine light walk away! Thanks More

I bought a used car sight unseen from out of town. It is a great car but there were several things wrong with it that I would have expected better from this dealership. It seems like there should be a ce a great car but there were several things wrong with it that I would have expected better from this dealership. It seems like there should be a certain caliber of inspection done before resale but this car still looked like it did I had arrived at the dealership the morning I was there to pick it up they said come back in 2 hours and they had very quickly cleaned the outside and in but that's about it. It look nice so I signed the papers but almost immediately after started noticing problems as I was driving home I put down the visor and the mirror fell into my lap. There is no way they cleaned the car without knowing the mirror wasn't attached but someone just tucked it backup under the visor and hoped for the best. Very disappointing. I would have expected this from "Joe's corner used cars" but this dealership I had faith in and was so not impressed with the results. More
This was my first and final stop on my car buying journey! There were a few hiccups in the process that were out of everyone's control (a tropical storm taking out most of the states power), and Fran journey! The shop can’t keep up with the sales. One thing I asked to fix a back latch on the new box truck I was buying. Did not get looked at.
