Staff is not accountable and doesn’t care ! Truck has been in shop with engine light and fuel tank issues more than it’s been on the road and they don’t care !!! Too many vehicles , too much turnover and they don’t care for you as a customer or how this is inconveniencing the customer . Management doesn’t respond despite multiple calls, they just pass the buck to service . No accountability . If you want to be jerked around and lied to repeatedly go to BLASIUS!!!!!!! More

Nothing but issue after issue with with service dept for this truck. Had brake trouble since new, truck only has 13k. Brought in for service, truck was damaged, vadelized, joy ridden and returned filthy. I this truck. Had brake trouble since new, truck only has 13k. Got a call saying truck was ready, I asked about detail, guy said ( what detail ) 😡 said he didn't know about it,but would get it done. So I pick the truck up ...carpets dirty, some kinda film on my windshield glass, like they wiped it with a dirty cloth. Dusty dashboard & rear seats, white over spray if some kind on the driver dash& arm rest. And a brand new box of tea bags in the back seat was opened and missing 2 bags. Now Im getting notification on dash says oils low...less than couple thousand mile since last change...let me check the oil change sticker......( No sticker ) let me check onboard diagnostics...says 45% life left....I check dipstick....( ITS BONE DRY ). HOW DO YOU PAY FOR OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE.....AND FORGET TO PUT THE D*@M OIL IN THE TRUCK????? 1)No oil on the ground ? 2)I hardly drive this truck ? 3) no next oil change sticker on windshield ???? ANSWER...THEY DIDN'T PUT OIL BACK IN AFTER THEY DRAINED IT.....Between my wife and I we own a 2013 25hd ltz, a 2017 mazda cx5 a 2021 Tahoe hi country & a 2021 2500 hd lt.... They have cars like this in stock whereas many dealers don't right now. We were here to look at some much more affordable vehicles and what we saw was a little rough and that charge above the advertised price is bull**** I gave it 2 stars but still recommend them because there is a right customer for this dealership, I'm not it.
