I went there when I was in a bind financially and needed a car right away. I went in pessimistic but Darrell worked with me and he was able to make it possible to walk out with a car that day. No high pressure sales tactics at this dealership. I had driven over two hours to come to this dealership because of the large used inventory and attractives prices. Sorry to say the truck I was interested had already been sold. The whole sales crew were friendly and helped me find something similar that made me very happy. They were very eager to make sure I was happy. They gave me a very good deal on the price in light of what had transpired. They were friendly sales people stopping by to see me the entire time checking in to make sure all was going well. I waited for the truck to be preped so I could take delivery that very same day. The tech guy was awesome and very professional. He did an outstanding job on the truck. I will be back to this dealership and will be telling anyone who will listen about the overall qualty!!! More
After searching the internet, I found a slightly used 2011 Corvette on the Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac website. I emailed the dealership since it was 60 miles away. Danielle Gale answered my email and I eventually drove down to see the car in pereson. Danille took me out for a test drive and proved to be very knowledgeable about the car. I had my car appraised and felt their offer was very fare. There was no pressure or tricky sales tactics whatsoever. I was sitting of the fence and they made a few phone calls and managed to get me more money for my trade. It was a Friday and I told them there was no way I was going to make a decision right there, right then They were very happy to hold the car for me while I decided over the weekend. I called Danielle on Monday and picked up the vehicle on Wednesday. I have had no occasion to use the service department so I can't comment on that. After the sale, I have been contacted by both the owner and by Danielle several times. I feel she has bent over backwards several times to make the buying experience a pleasent one. Even during the signing of the paperwork it continued to be a goods experience with no high pressure selling of extended warranties and miracle coatings. I was politely asked if I would like to hear about them, when I said no, we moved right along. Despite them being 60 miles from my home, I would not hesitate to deal with them again. More
I actually bought my first Chevy from Blasius so I thought I would go back. What a joke!! I took my daughter there for her to get a car to build credit. They reviewed her income verification said sh thought I would go back. What a joke!! I took my daughter there for her to get a car to build credit. They reviewed her income verification said she was ok and she picked out a car. She put a deposit down on it. They then gave her a hard time about her pay check stubs, kept asking for more information. We waited 2 weeks, they kept saying they needed something else. I then received a phone call saying they sold the car she put the deposit on and she needed to pick out another one. I spoke with the financial manager who was rude and no helpful at all. I asked him to send back her deposit and he said he would that day. A week later and she still didnt recieve it. I had to drive there to get it. They didnt even cut the check until that day. They had the nerve to tell me the car she picked out had not sold after all and if she wanted it, it was still available. There were rude and unhelpful. All they were interested in was the sale. There customer service sucked. I will never go back there again!!! More

I just purchased a 2009 Subaru Forester from Loehmann Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac. I would have no problem recommending this dealer to someone. I got a great car at a great price. This was my first time purchasing a car, and I was very nervous. Chris showed me several cars, both new and used, to make sure I found what I wanted. A problem came up that I feel the dealer should have fixed beforehand. The car I purchased originally came with two remote clickers, both of which were missing when I got it. The dealer paid for it, but I lost at least an hour of my time at the local Subaru dealership to get just one. That should have been taken care of by the dealer before they sold it. Other than that, I was happy with the experience. More

The customer service here was awesome. I was very pleased with how I was treated and Jack Costello did a great job at getting me what I was looking for at a price that I could afford.
