We discussed what I wanted and I asked Jack to do some research so we would be ahead of the game when I came in. The appointment was for a Saturday morning at 10:30am. The same day that I was having a 4th of July party at home so time was limited. Jack already had a few Traverses chosen for me to look at when I came in. We quickly chose the one I wanted and started the process of having my truck looked at. Jack was sure to explain what was happening each step of the way to ensure I understood where we were with the process. Jack knew where I wanted to be with my payments and did everything possible to get me there with the car I chose. The car needed to be detailed so Jack sent me home so I could prepare for my party and asked that I return at 2:00pm. This was not the first time I dealt with Jack. The last time I purchased a truck from Jack. I came in on a Saturday and decided to purchase the truck on Sunday but the dealer was closed. I left Jack an voice mail and explained that I was leaving very early Monday morning for a business trip to Vegas but wanted to purchase the truck. Jack returned my call leaving me a message letting me know he would hold the truck. We completed all the paperwork over the phone while I was away that week and the truck was ready for me when I arrived home that Friday. Both of my experiences with Jack have been great. He is down to earth, straight forward and not pushy at all. I returned at about 2:20pm and during the financing process Jack made sure I was taken care of. When we decided to put NEW passanger plates on the SUV instead of transfering my Combo plates from the truck we needed a new insurance card. Jack told me not to worry about it and he would call the insurance agency. The agency was closed so Jack called the insurnace company directly. They were not the nicest people to speak with but Jack explained what we needed and had me get on the phone to confirm. They said a card would be faxed within 10 minutes. The card didn't come. We did this 3 more times which took over 1hr but Jack never lost his cool. He just kept calling and insisted that we need the card. The financial papers were completed by 3:30pm (still no insurance card). We used my old card for my paperwork but Jack would need to keep calling the insurance company to get a copy of the card for their records. Jack and I went out to the new SUV and went over all the options and began the On-Star regestration process. Jack asked me to wait while he went back inside to see if the card came yet. Jack came back out just as I completed with On-Star and had a copy of the insurance card in his hand. Jack again when way out of his way to complete this sale. I am very old school and like the feeling of dealing with people I know. I will be calling Jack when I am ready to trade in this one too. Thank you Jack for all your hard work to make my experience a happy one and for getting me home to my party on time. More

I went there when I was in a bind financially and needed a car right away. I went in pessimistic but Darrell worked with me and he was able to make it possible to walk out with a car that day. Sorry to say the truck I was interested had already been sold. The whole sales crew were friendly and helped me find something similar that made me very happy. They were very eager to make sure I was happy. They gave me a very good deal on the price in light of what had transpired. They were friendly sales people stopping by to see me the entire time checking in to make sure all was going well. I waited for the truck to be preped so I could take delivery that very same day. The tech guy was awesome and very professional. He did an outstanding job on the truck. I will be back to this dealership and will be telling anyone who will listen about the overall qualty!!! More

Danielle Gale answered my email and I eventually drove down to see the car in pereson. Danille took me out for a test drive and proved to be very knowledgeable about the car. I had my car appraised and felt their offer was very fare. There was no pressure or tricky sales tactics whatsoever. I was sitting of the fence and they made a few phone calls and managed to get me more money for my trade. It was a Friday and I told them there was no way I was going to make a decision right there, right then They were very happy to hold the car for me while I decided over the weekend. I called Danielle on Monday and picked up the vehicle on Wednesday. I have had no occasion to use the service department so I can't comment on that. After the sale, I have been contacted by both the owner and by Danielle several times. I feel she has bent over backwards several times to make the buying experience a pleasent one. Even during the signing of the paperwork it continued to be a goods experience with no high pressure selling of extended warranties and miracle coatings. I was politely asked if I would like to hear about them, when I said no, we moved right along. Despite them being 60 miles from my home, I would not hesitate to deal with them again. More
I actually bought my first Chevy from Blasius so I thought I would go back. What a joke!! I took my daughter there for her to get a car to build credit. They reviewed her income verification said she was ok and she picked out a car. She put a deposit down on it. They then gave her a hard time about her pay check stubs, kept asking for more information. We waited 2 weeks, they kept saying they needed something else. I then received a phone call saying they sold the car she put the deposit on and she needed to pick out another one. I spoke with the financial manager who was rude and no helpful at all. I asked him to send back her deposit and he said he would that day. A week later and she still didnt recieve it. I had to drive there to get it. They didnt even cut the check until that day. They had the nerve to tell me the car she picked out had not sold after all and if she wanted it, it was still available. There were rude and unhelpful. All they were interested in was the sale. There customer service sucked. I will never go back there again!!! More
