I reviewed this dealership back on 6/30/12. I had nothing but great things to say. Well, I wrote too soon... I just got a bill for an additional $1,100 in the mail from them; two and a half months nothing but great things to say. Well, I wrote too soon... I just got a bill for an additional $1,100 in the mail from them; two and a half months later! They failed to payoff my previous leasing company within 3 weeks; which created a series of issues. The short story; I ended up being personally reported to the Credit Bureau's for being 30-days late on my lease payments by the leasing company, and since they (Leohmann's) had to pay the leasing company more than than the original payoff amount to get the title to the old car; they now want me to pay them back! I have filed complaints with Chevy, the FTC and others; but the bottom is: don't trust them! More

This dealership is 30 minutes further than my "local" dealer, but given that they were will to pre-negotiate the deal, I was in and out in a matter of an hour. My local dealer (in shelton) would have just been starting the negotiation in the time it took me to transfer the registration and pay for the new car. If your looking for a new Cadillac or Chevrolet, there is no better sales dealership in the western half of CT. More
