No bweano ,,, they write their own reviews and say how good they are. I seen them give a costumer a brand new car ,, it looked like they gawged the fender on the way way out of the garage and they tried t good they are. They are very rude because they already have your money. They really are un professional and that Fritz is no better. The owner acts like his sales people!!! More

I gave Patrick a few barometers that I wanted him to follow just to see if he would, to which he did, we went back and forth on a few cars before finally settling on this one. Once the cars was pirchased there was one slight imperfection that I just was not happy with, I contacted Patrick and he handled the situation to my delight, brought the car in and had it back 2 days later. I would highly recomend contacting Patrick and Lohemans to assist you in your next car or truck purchase. I purchase a 2023 Cadillac XT4 on April 1, 2023 at this dealer. The car arrived much earlier then forecasted which was good for me to start driving the new car asap. Bryan Coury was my sales person and was very good explaining everything regarding the purchase and operation of the different controls inside the car. Would never recommend this dealership. I was set to take delivery of the 2019 Silverado on 2/24. I even called before going to make sure, only to have Mike V tell me it’s all set. I show up at 1215p, with my 3 year old son, only to have him again call my bank for a trade in payoff, which was already done days before by him. Mike then disappears and comes back at 1pm stating the detailer is taking longer because of the undercoating overspray. Mike comes back at 130 telling me the paperwork is all set to be signed, my response was not without seeing the truck. Mike stutters and says ok let me get it from the detailer; mind you mike knew I had to leave by 2 so I could get my other son from school. 150pm and mike finally shows up with the truck. The truck is dripping water, like it just went through a car wash and smells like hot brakes that got wet. I am immediately frustrated and then even more so because the undercoating wasn’t even done. I voice how unhappy I am and that I wasted 2 hours in there with my son. I tell Mike to figure out and call me later. I get a text that evening apologizing and asking what they could do to make it right. They kind of give me what I want and say the truck will be ready Monday 2/27. I call around lunch on Monday to confirm it’s ready, and mike says it’s ready. I show up at 630pm, I inspect the truck and see overspray all inside the wheel well, parts of the Frame poorly sprayed, the undercarriage not sprayed and pieces of old undercoating still peeled off and nothing wire wheeled. It makes me question their rust proofing and undercoating service they offer. I again lose my cool on mike for wasting my time, gas and mileage on my current truck, as well as having me drag my family out again, only to a see a truck that again isnt ready. Mikes excuse for the poor undercoating is they’re training a new guy; not my problem. I tell Mike this is the last chance, to figure it out and call me. I never hear from anyone on 2/28, so I reach out to Mike asking what’s going on and I want to speak to the GM, and if I have to I will part ways and look elsewhere. No response back and I never got a call from anyone. They’re a bunch of liars and I wouldn’t truck their rust proofing undercoating program. More

Bought a car here a few months ago I really liked the friendly staff and nice large clean facility however I'm going to be strictly honest with this review and was not going to leave a review until the c friendly staff and nice large clean facility however I'm going to be strictly honest with this review and was not going to leave a review until the car was truly tested for the long haul and look for things that when doing a test drive you wouldn't notice.. So first the good.. The car drives great and they put 4 new tires a fresh oil change radiator refresh and topped off the windshield wiper fluid.. The bad.. The car needs a timing chain tensioner, CVT fluid change(was told it was done before purchasing but afterwards he back peddled & said they don't touch the CVT fluid which at this point all paperwork was done down payment and all) , the brake pads weren't changed to new ones, the emergency brake only works on one side (passenger side) and the seats needed a good detailing.. My car salesman Jerry was very much a nice guy but business is business and when selling a used vehicle for such a high price (plus hidden dealer fees) all aforementioned things should have been done so all in all a decent experience but luckily for me it's a Honda Accord so the car is durable and reliable so as far as that goes I'm in good hands.. If you are looking for a good used car be weary of the risks involved when buying here and do your due diligence but unfortunately some things will not be noticed right away you will need to spend some time with the vehicle to pick up on these things. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine. 🤞 More
